Students who left the University after completing some graduate work but who were not on an approved leave of absence must re-apply to the department in order to re-enter. The department may or may not choose to re-admit the student. The department also determines how much of the previously completed work may be applied toward a degree, within established Graduate School guidelines. Once the department makes a decision about re-entry they must complete a Student Reactivation Form and forward that to the Student Response Center.
