As a result of extensive consultation with several academic units, as well as the Graduate School Executive Committee and the Provost, the Graduate School is pleased to announce the introduction of a revised and simplified graduate student "Application to Candidacy" (ATC) form. The goals of this initiative were to create a more user-friendly document that is easier for students to complete and submit, and to heighten the overall efficiency of the candidacy filing process. While only the new version will be located on our site, for the foreseeable future the Graduate School will accept either the new or old version of the "Application to Candidacy" form.
