IF YOU INTEND TO GRADUATE FEBRUARY 1, 2010, all required conferral materials must be submitted to The Graduate School by Friday, January 8, 2010.

What is required for my degree conferral?

• Important Deadlines
• Full list of deadlines for applications to candidacy and graduation requirements.

• Application to Candidacy
• The first form you need to formally become a candidate for degree conferral. Submit to your department for the proper signatures.

• If you intend to graduate June 1, 2010, your Application to Candidacy must be received in the Graduate School by Monday, March 1, 2010.

• M-Form
• Required from all graduate students to certify that all academic requirements have been satisfied.

• Electronic Thesis and Dissertation Submission
• If you completed a Thesis or Dissertation, you must submit it to The Graduate School electronically for final review and publication.

• Thesis and Dissertation Formatting Guidelines
• Learn what we look for when we review your masterpiece.

• Publishing & Copyright Billing Form
• Required from students who are submitting a Thesis or a Dissertation online.

• Doctoral Degree Recipients Survey
• Required from all doctoral students.

• Extend Degree Completion Time Limit
• Submit this petition if you are beyond the 4 year time limit for Master's or 7 year time limit for PhDs.
