Prospective Students
Minority graduate students pursuing doctoral degrees in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and subsequent faculty careers are supported under the National Science Foundation funded AGEP Program.
AGEP Eligibility
Students seeking support from the SUNY AGEP Program must meet all of the following criteria:
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Enrolled in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) degree program
- Member of one of the following ethnic groups: Black/African-American, Hispanic/Latino, American Indian, Alaskan Native (Native American) or Pacific Islander
University at Buffalo
To be enrolled in a STEM degree program at UB, students must be formally admitted to the University at Buffalo.
