Funding Request Forms

  • Book Allowance (pdf) - AGEP students can begin turning in Fall 2009 Book and Supply Reimbursement requests beginning September for up to $500. Appointments must be made to process reimbursements. Contact AGEP at 645-2942.

    Looking to submit book reimbursements for the Fall 2009 semester?  Appointments are available starting Monday, August 31.  Please email Colleen White at colleenw@buffalo.edu to set up a time.

  • Professional Memberships (pdf) - AGEP students can be reimbursed for memberships in professional organizations up to $100.
